### 1. Overview

This project involves the digitization, translation, and publication of three core Tara-related texts on the [Pecha.org](http://Pecha.org) platform. The texts are: 1. _A Praise to the Twenty-One Taras_, 2. its commentary, _Clear Rays of Light_, and 3. an additional _Tara Commentary_. The project aims to solve the problem of limited access to these important texts by making them available in a clean, digital, and trilingual format (Tibetan, English, and Chinese) for scholars, practitioners, and the general public worldwide.
